PawTrack is a pet health and wellness platform that provides:

• Pet profile management and health tracking
• AI-powered reports and breed information
• Diet, weight, and activity monitoring
• Veterinary appointment schedule and reminders
• Health and medication logs
• Travel planning and pet sitter instructions
• Memorial features for deceased pets

Our service is designed to complement, not replace, professional veterinary care.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use our service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• Annual Plan: $249.99/year - Access for up to 4 pets with memorial features

4.2 Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payment is processed through Paddle, a secure third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. User Content and Conduct

You retain all rights to the content you submit to our service, including pet information, photos, and notes. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Our service integrates with third-party services including Clerk (authentication), OpenAI (AI features), Paddle (payments), and Microsoft Azure (data storage). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
